INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

$140 per hour

I specialize assisting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief and loss. Other issues I have experience in:
emotional dysregulation, maladaptive ways of coping, numbing, disassociation, existential crises, life stage transitions, work-related stress, fertility and parenting. I am comfortable working with clients ages 14 and older.

COUPLES THERAPY

$170 per hour

I am very passionate about seeing couples and using Emotionally Focused Therapy to help my clients in tackling: conflicting communication styles or love languages, infidelity, cross-cultural differences, parenthood and attachment injuries.
